The exterior surfaces of the hand-made sandwich panel can be made of specific metal materials such as pre-painted steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, and stainless steel sheets. And ideal applications are : modular cleanrooms, retrofitting projects and temporary containment walls.
The paper honeycomb sandwich panel is composed of two upper and lower panels and a paper honeycomb core material in the middle. The paper honeycomb core material is arranged in a unique hexagonal honeycomb structure. This structure not only ensures the light weight of the panel but also endows it with high strength and stiffness.
The upper/lower surfaces are made of Baosteel or Wusteel plates with a thickness of 0.3–1.0 mm.
The core material consists of aluminum honeycomb, bonded with thermosetting adhesive and hot-pressed in continuous forming machine to create a composite building panel.
The side steel strips are made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheets.
